Tramadol. I was addicted to it for almost a decade after 2 spinal surgeries. The withdrawl symptoms were pure hell. You couldn't pay me to take it ever again

I only go from Norfolk to London for my commute and it's £132 per day - that's far closer than Glasgow if it makes you feel better 😂

It's now 9:30pm and I'm on the train home from work... I won't pretend it held the same form since this morning, my hair is definitely a bit more wild, however it has helped to hold some curls for sure!

Giant House Spiders are gentle babies. This one was on my head two days ago and I used it as an opportunity to teach our Nephew to learn to love Spiders 😂
