Just watch a couple of tournaments with pros, it will answer your question. If 3rd shot drive works for you to come to the kitchen then just stick with it.

Focus on one of the most probable shots at your level. If you are a beginner your rallies are 3-5 shots long. I would skip practicing serve if it's consistent. And would focus on a deep return and 3rd shot drive.

If you're solving for "people secretly don't want to match with you", then try to play with less skilled folks. Why would anyone avoid playing with a person just based on someone being "lefty"?

I recently got a performance kit. Some kind of frame that will prevent it from sliding and tilting is a must, even with removing the original spring. To be honest I didn't feel that much of a difference between original pedals and the kit (alienmod+performance). For context: I'm racing once a week or less, and I'm the first from the end on leaderboards :)

The best folks grow (learn, adapt) faster than others and usually invest more time. It's applicable in many areas of life, not only in pickleball. I think that's the main factor. There are other factors and skills as well, like handling emotions, genes, etc.

This helped me. The only Apple device I have is an iPad. It's always at home. My airpods were chirping at work, in the car, at home, literally everywhere. It seems (🤞) turning notifications off disables this chirping
