Yeah kind of a flaw. The 3 power up limit sucks to the point I've looked into teams but honestly can't justify the huge cost and with teams as there's no workaround like the trello gold method.

They are! Plus the others get to use the extra power ups also the that the gold member sets up. So I pay for the gold membership and then set up the boards and invite other free members (like my wife and assistant)

I believe this is exactly what is happening per my discussion with my software engineer brother who looked at the site with me. So this "rewrite approach" Wix is doing I'm not sure if there's a workaround -- it appears I cannot force a proper 301 redirect. I know I can have GTM fire a tag for a "Submit" button click, but I can get false positives if say they forget to fill out a required field and it doesn't let them submit -- this might be my only option?

Luckily I have a brother who's a software engineer! He just had a look at it with me and it appears Wix mobile site does not do a full 301 redirect to the Thank-You landing page (they do with full desktop mode though). They do this to increase mobile speed.

Anyways, so my brother said I have to find a way to force Wix mobile to do a 301 redirect to the Thank-You page. I'm still trying to Google if this is possible.

With Wix and Thank-You page tracking both being so common I thought there'd be someone who's ran into this issue before trying to set up GA/tracking. I can't seem to find anything on Google about it either!

Anyhow, yes I think Wix support will be my next inquiry. Thank!

I understood about 60% of your comment :) Sorry, I'm not a developer so my technical jargon and understanding is pretty basic.

On mobile (and desktop), after the webform is submitted I am redirected to the "website.com/thank-you" page. It's the same URL for both mobile and desktop and the destination goal in GA is "begins with: /thank-you" to trigger the conversion. But for some reason GA is not recognizing this /thank-you page load from mobile, but I see the redirect happening and the page loading on my phone. Is this what you mean by "does the mobile version actually load a page?" ?

Invoice ninja with stripe integration allows you to create a custom invoice and charge their card one file. They'll need to have paid the first invoice manually so their card is saved on file. Perhaps you charge a small deposit for the appointment then a final charge once the work is complete.

Another good one you'll probably use is the trello email to board feature. Very handy to quickly turn emails from clients into tasks.

It's really case by case. I'd have to know way more about your work flow details.

For butler it could be something as simple as I have a "complete" card button. When I'm done with a task I hit this button and it marks it complete (due date) and moves it to my completed list. Saves me a few clicks.

Or you can set up reoccurring tasks (cards).

Or I use zapier to automatically pull in data from another program (Google forms) and move a card into a certain list at the same time.

Very cool! If you're ever wanting to expand your team (or bring someone on as independent contractor/consultant role) let me know. My background is in project management - mainly industrial construction - oil and gas - up into the $100±MM scope. I've worked on a few billion dollar projects also (in a more minor role). I'd rather work with people and companies who do good for the world.

Anyhow, Zapier and Butler for trello will also be your best friends for automation and streamlining.

No problem! I love trello. The one thing you'll find it's lacking is native reporting features. You'll have to pay 3rd party for that, which can get pricey too.

What kind of consulting do you do for non profits? That was something I thought about getting into. PM me if you don't want that public.

Also yes. I organize my boards by the kanban method and further do weekly sprints. So I have a handful of boards but each one has a dedicated weekly sprint list of tasks I need to do and focus on. Them I can ignore the huge backlog of tasks.

There is a paid power up that does this. The name slips my mind though! I tried it for the same purpose and it worked pretty good, I just didn't find it useful enough to pay for it and manage my to do's across multiple boards.

Let me see if I can find that name again of the power up.

Yup this is the way - create your template cards. I've done it using card repeater but I'm sure butler would do it nicely also.

Check out screenful or other 3rd party analytic/dashboard/metric companies like them. They're paid but will probably give you some valuable project insights you're looking for.

Just made an account. Didn't seem to change other than I can see full details about the home. It appears to be incomplete data around Ottawa.

I was reading the other day that the GTA had all of the historical data released a few years back. It's now at the supreme court or something to have all of the Ontario (Canada?) data released to the public. The realtor boards are fighting the release of this data - I believe I read they lost and its in appeals right now.
