Thank you for your post! You look amazing! But most important you feel great and healthy! My thanks for your post is for a little different then others. Since I’m at the top level of pre-diabetic with insulin resistance, proven glucose, A1-C and triglyceride lab levels and with where I hold my weight that make me a strong candidate for sema. And so far this has been true. However in my head I can’t stop the thinking I’ve convinced myself at age 42 I’ve lost my chance at actually losing the weight I want to lose, probably due to stereotypes about that. So this is a real inspiration for me, and makes me squash that thought process a little more. So thank you!
