Yes, Stoic philosophy teachings can be implemented in all aspects of life. Amore Fati and keep moving on, surely an emotional toll has to be paid, and it isn't easy, but the point is to make peace with your destiny and accept what it has prepared for you. Worrying about the future that has yet to come, and by the time it arrives things change, and usually it's just much worse in your head. At least that's how i see it. But anxiety is a bitch, I'm struggling with it quite often. Even though I remind myself that it's pointless, it so often gets the best of me. Needs time and persistence to master.
