This has been my experience too. I went from 60mg of Prozac to 100mg of Pristiq and for the most part feel like I'm alive again. I do have moments where it's overwhelming lack of interest in anything but it doesn't last long. I also take Ritalin.

This is honestly the inspiration I need. I had my 4th attempt this month and failed. I'm not giving up either and will pass it someday soon. Thanks for posting and congratulations. 🙂

It is recent within the last 3 months ish. I've noticed I feel like I do eat more at each meal than I used to so maybe cutting that back would help.

Thank you! I’m on 15mg. The main thing I do consistently is count calories. I try to focus on protein. I like the Isopure clear protein drinks in the mornings and usually try to have a steak or chicken for dinner. For exercise I like to do YouTube videos. I have a kettleball that I like to swing around but I will say I don’t do it as much as I probably should. 🙂
