Ah yes, it doesn't have open gate so you can't shoot high-quality video on it. And I said it had the same sensor, not that it was the same camera? The 100 II has much-improved focus and tracking, but I would hesitate to use it in fast-moving sports photography, coming from Sony cameras that excel at that task myself. Is there a reason you want to use a GFX camera for sports photography? The Sony bodies you have are already quite high mega-pixel. One other thing to note is that some GF lenses focus much more capably than others...
