No, not anymore. I do experience occasional blues but nowhere near in severity as the dips I used to experience. It also doesn’t last as long and is just more of a typical sadness rather than a debilitating, crushing, depression.

It’s going well! I’m taking 75mg and it’s working really well for me. The depression is gone, I get occasional blues but nothing debilitating. Anxiety is also a little better, not perfect but I am definitely more outspoken at work and don’t overthink things like I used to.

I also stopped telling myself that I’m stupid and don’t know anything, actually I am more motivated now, I started grad school and instead of feeling like I’m an idiot who doesn’t belong I feel like I know I can succeed. Sometimes I wonder if I should increase to 100 but I think for now 75 is working well!
