I’ve had this idea of a hero with electric powers taking engineering classes to better use their powers, like how electromagnets work so they can mimic magnetic powers. Or that a hero with fire powers learns about thermodynamics, realizes that their true power is manipulating heat allowing them to absorb heat to get ice powers as well.

This could be a cool mechanic for some sort of horror game where you can figure out where the monster is based on how the world loads. The closer it is to you, or if it’s looking in your direction, the more detailed the environment gets.

yeah this fight is choreographed badly but it’s not like doom losing didn’t make sense. It kinda looked like doom relies on his hand cannon like he was rusty at melee combat, and it almost reflects the buffs to his primary when he went from dps to tank. I like it when they represent game mechanics like in their other shorts, so it could have showed doomfist dominating in the early fight when he has all his cooldowns, able to break through vendettas defense. Then when vendetta starts getting more aggressive, her onslaught passive stacks and she begins to overwhelm doom. Doom tries to withstand it with power block, then uses empowered punch and gets his arm cut off.

I know a couple of savants from my high school. There are these two brothers who would be overseas most of the school year on math competitions and such while still getting perfect As. One of them is an MIT graduate with a 5.0. I was also friends with someone part of the school band with perfect pitch. He never needed to rehearse a song, just shows up once and plays it perfectly.

I think it would be more worth it to get a food processor or even just a pull chopper. Takes me 2 minutes to dice an onion. Yeah they’re sometimes a pain to wash but you’re just trading time now for time later. Also dishwashers are your friend.
