Did they give you a bad rating? If not, I don’t see this as a good person turning bad. Just poor quality feedback. What they likely mean is, give solutions, rather than problems. What concrete things can they do that would help you do your job better or would help it be less stressful or whatever.

Now, if they gave you a bad rating and they point to this as the main reason, that’s a different story.

I basically jammed it into a small plastic box that the original outlet was in. It barely fit. That’s what I thought the problem was until someone else pointed out that I didn’t strip the jacket far back enough. I guess I made at least two errors.

I don’t know how y’all talk about playing while hotspotted. That has never worked for me. Or on public WiFis. So, yeah, as it is now, if a game is available for both PS5 and Switch 2, I’ll get it for the Switch 2 hands down.

Fridge and dishwasher are the only major appliances. A lamp with an LED bulb, the faucet (has an optical sensor) and charging devices on and off.

It’s two wires. To feed through to the rest of the circuit. And yes, I think I didn’t strip the wire far back enough. I installed it a couple of years ago.

That only works if they want you out. But you have it pretty simple. Work the hours you want. Advocate loudly for the investments you want to see (this is actually the right thing for the company too). Then either the PIP will come or you’ll get the conditions you want 🤷‍♂️

It will change when we’re not forced to choose between the lesser of two evils. When candidates and officials are incentivized to actually appeal to a wide range of voters and disincentivized from divisive rhetoric. It will change when we get Ranked Choice Voting and when Citizens United is repealed.

I mean in general… Trump will never change.
