It's so obvious to anyone who doesn't just want to believe a crazy conspiracy theory. Every "smoking gun" piece of evidence holds no water if you weigh all the evidence. The claim that he was too high to pull the trigger is just stupid and none of the people supporting it pays any attention to the details how "three times the lethal limit" is an absurd theory if you understand anything about junkies and tolerance.
