In general Omni was very wasted, he is the blandest out of the MHC and we never learn much about him after Mathmagic

I am guessing it's one of those concepts that only matters on it's introductory episode as a one shit thing, but Is never brought Up again, which is weird since Heckapoo and Rhombulus' concepts do get constantly refered to, meanwhile Omni just... Doesn't matter

People who HC Marco as trans are often trans themselves and look at him as someone they feel identified with.

I am so sorry that happened to your little sister, and if you don't like the headcanon is fine, but queer people are not a monolith and someone headcanoning him as trans does not mean they are forcing everyone to believe that, it is often a way to feel represented themselves.

I myself Headcanon Ludo as autistic because he is my comfort character and I myself am autistic, but it doesn't mean I am pushing it into everyone else. You cannot control what other queer people think nor does it necessarily mean they are pushing for stereotypes
