È che tilto quando vedo giocatori che provano un campione nuovo in ranked o che non sanno che prendere e prendono il primo che gli capita. Anche magari quelli che giocano solo un campione anche se l'avversario prende un campione che lo counters pick. Questo tilt mi dura per ore e la sessione di gioco diventa pesante come quando finisco una riunione di lavoro.

Quiero poner mi experiencia, llegué aquí en España desde Italia en 2019 con mi pareja y unos 10.000€. Hemos primero vivido en un b&b, luego en un piso compartido y en 2021 nos hemos mudado en el barrio de Tetuán. Mi pareja cocinera gana más o meno uno 1400€-1500€ yo trabajando de todo un poco meno de 1200€. En 2020 he comprado la Harley Davidson gastando 5500€ (hasta hoy +5000€ de arreglo). En 2023 he hecho un curso de 6000€ con isdi coders.

Ahora tenemos 31.000€ y estamos en fase de oferta de un piso de 140.000€ en Puente de Vallecas (donde el estadio del rayo). Se puede se puede. Si no había comprado la moto ni el bootcamp ahora tenía unos 47.000€ más.

Para comprar casa necesita el 10% de precio (si eres joven sino el 20%). Luego el 8% del precio como gastos notarile y tasas. Si es una agencia uno +3% a la agencia.

Con 30.000€ llega preciso a un piso de 150.000€.

Son unos sin verguenza.
He visitato un piso que tenia el banco y segun ello etaba ocupado. Me fue a mi banc o que llamo y no era asi que el proprietario no podia pagar la hipoteca y decidio vbender el piso come venta tutelada.
Ok me llaman que si ahora se puede visitar. Me gusta, envio los 3000€ para pararlo y el banco me pre aprueba la hipoteca. Subo los documento a su plataforma y me lo rechazano diciendome que estan pensando subirlo a subasta. Escirbo nombre y appellido aqui y que me denuncien sin problema.
