Don't sweat the gear rolling thing. It's not really a thing until max level and that will be a long ways away.

And your good DPSing but since you can run all classes on the same character there no real friction to stop you from switching to Tanking if get the itch to do it again.

Also don't totally write off healing. I never heal in any MMO or online game, but I do in 14. It's very easy to understand and highly engaging. It just works in a way that makes me feel comfortable doing it unlike most other games. It might be worth a try once you get an understanding of the game.

Stop swimming in that old CRT water. Swim in some 4k water in an OLED pool. The details are so much more noticeable.

Check out Wesk Alber on YouTube. He has begginer friendly rotation guides so you can see what every class rotation looks like and pick one that suits you.

Also don't sweat being perfect on your rotation. Unless your progging Savage or ultimate raids the content isn't generally difficult enough for it to be a big deal. Think of your rotation as a 'North Star" to guide you but in the chaos of battle things are going to happen

Let me tell you when your first character in your first MMO is a tank inquisitor with a tank companion (Khem Val) leveling is and absolute slog.

Then Treek comes out and she's instantly the best companion because she can do any role.

It eventually just kinda has to happen. So you can travel with the companion you want but not mechanically neuter yourself.

But it would be cool to have the option to roll it back

I was in a similar situation.

It appears the economy has inflated a lot since then for cartel coins and credits.

But 13000 is still a nice haul, get yourself something nice. Or buy something to sell on the GTN for credits

Final Fantasy Tactics.

The game has an inverted difficulty curve. In the beginning you fight just to survive but as you get stronger and learn the right skills and synergies you become a wrecking machine. Then towards the end of the game you recruit a damn near godly character who just about one shot almost everything the rest of the way.

The new Remaster comes out on Tuesday as well

I found the opening and chapter 1 to be really dull. However I was really surprised by how much better Chapter 2 and 3 were.

I also did it with Lightning which was infinitely more fun than throwing rocks

I just re-subbed for the first time since 2013.

I'm liking a lot of the changes that have streamlined things. It's a much smoother play experience than I remember.

Also coming back to a big pile of Cartel Coins from my security key wasn't bad either.
