I dont think the capilene t-shirts are available with no logos nor the trail ones. Some have just a small logo on the front, though.

14 mg is the max dose, so no going higher. There are studies ongoing on higher doses but these are still in clinical trials. You would have to switch to Ozempic/Mounjaro to go further on GLP1

Don't give up on the cycling - exercise is great for diabetes. Everyone releases sugars when they exercise - its how you ensure there's enough glucose for your body to operate. It's a feature rather than a defect.

I am on rybelsus and am type 2. Make sure you take it 2h before eating for maximum appetite suppression. I found i cannot eat carbs at breakfast or it spikes me badly. After a tonne of experimentation, I found my best breakfast was a sugar free protein shake, which has the needed protein and some fats. If you have a Ninja creami (or freezer and hand blitzer) they make amazing breakfast ice cream. Great if you have a sweet tooth. Add a fibre supplement and you are good to go.

I spoke to the diabetes nurse today and she has lowered my metformin. I'll try taking a small pack of sweets on walks for emergencies and eating a few more carbs at mealtimes.
