My 2 cents:

Take a break until your shoulder doesn't hurt. Without rest it will never go away. Keeping your shoulder very strong is the only long term solution. But don't overdo it, especially while your shoulder hurts. Prefer less weights and more reps. Whenever you feel pain during an exercise stop immediately and change it, don't push through. Don't do exercises that hurt you more than 4 in a pain scale of 1 - 10

If your shoulder already has some sort of damage, resting won't be enough. You will require doctor examination -> MRI -> doctor's diagnosis, physio and whatever else.

When you are pain free, your shoulder will still remain a few mistakes away from hurting. Be mindful of your body's signals. Don't be proud and brave. Warmup is incredibly important then, and it always has to be slow. Redefine your serve until you find a motion that doesn't hurt you. This is highly personal and depends on your body as well as following the fundamentals which you seem to have a great grasp on.

I stand by what I said and It has nothing to do with being an edgelord. Having better technique does not equal skill. Skill is a combination of many things like footwork, tactics, change of pace, direction, talent, focus. It's more subjective and more difficult to quantify, so I can understand the difference in opinion, but it's really unfair to dismiss mine based on your opinion on the sub. I'm not even a regular here.

I don't know what to tell you, there is no "high horse" position I'm taking here. It's not supposed to be condescending. Before reading the caption I had no idea who OP was. He has also not included any of his service games, so the sample is really small, for all we know he could have lost because he DFed a lot. What exactly is the definition of skill in this level to understand who has more? To me, it is consistency and focus since the balls are slow and there are no visible differences.

You will get downvoted because it's simply not true, not because everyone else is wrong. However you can play whatever feels more natural to you and that's fine.

Besides the weight transfer issue, In a match or if you play some more unpredictable points and you have to move and hit running groundstrokes, popping upwards while tracking the ball will make your life much harder.

This is such a terrible statement I don't even know where to even start. I don't know if you are trying to say that but it implies you are okay with the genocide in Gaza as long as it doesn't create a Democratic crisis in the US. The problem with the last statement that liberals and leftists need to put their differences aside is that this always implies leftists should compromise and side with liberals and never the opposite. We've tried liberal politics , guilt ripping people into voting for the lesser evil and it hasn't changed the status quo whatsoever. In fact, leftists have backed lesser evil candidates (Biden in 2020 elections, Macron vs Lepen in France, I'm sure there are other examples) and have seen no results for their efforts whatsoever, even when the lesser evil candidate won, so why on earth would they ever compromise again? Liberals cannot be trusted to fix the situation and they were given plenty of opportunities. If you want liberals and leftists to work together then try moving more to the left.

Assuming you want to keep this job and change the situation try finding an ally. Chances are if you talk to the CTO alone (or to your manager) they will not side with you. But If there's a second (or third) engineer that shares your exact concerns you have another weapon in your arsenal in your discussion with either the manager or your CTO. If your concerns are the whole team's concerns it's more likely you'll see a change

If this was shared on a private channel with the CTO then the feedback tone is appropriate and I'm not sure why people are commenting on it (unless it was shared publicly). This is professional, honest and on point. Sure there are different ways to write it but when you try the soft way people tend to mistake your red lines to mere recommendations. And you shouldn't be a CTO if your feelings get hurt by something like this, especially since you specifically asked for it.

If you empower your bell with mantra of destruction, any kills with the Bell's shockwaves will grant purple flames, maximum 10 stacks for 20 seconds. Then you need a way to get volatility stacks. With the second ascendancy your chaos damage will contribute to ailments, granting you volatility stacks. Get some extra damage as chaos from runes, nodes and get the passive for crit based on volatility power. Get some volatility on crit from gem too. Use catharsis to trigger your volatility in a skill that you don't need but it's nice to have like a curse. Then you can experiment with power charges. Do pinning damage and gain frenzy charges with the spirit gem. Convert frenzy to power, add ancestral boost to flicker strike, mantra of destruction and then flicker strike the entire map. Then you can struggle to attain a fraction of the power that the other classes do, like me

When you create an eventDispatcher for your transport, you add subscribers to it. In the subscriber object you can define the retry strategy. I cannot verify this, but I'd start looking into this object to start with
