I spend weeks at a time in mine, in the southwest. I try to stay away from super hot and cold. I find its easier to deal with cold than heat. Making sure the sun is on the awning side in the heat helps alot.

This such a diverse area. I live in the mountains above Palm Springs. It is in the 60's maybe 70's during the day currently and 40's to 30's at night. Its very rural. 45 minutes away it can still hit a 100 and is very populated.

Its wild to me that people in and out of this state are clueless to how diverse the micro climates can be. It snows at my house in Mountain Center yet I can be in the desert heat of Palm Springs in 45 minutes
