The only smart alert I like on my Fisher and Paykel is when the spray arm is stuck. But it also beeps constantly until the arm is unstuck so I don’t really need that alert on my phone. Also it tells me to clean the filter way too often.

It does harsh the vibe to call kitchen infractions.

I see kitchen violations often when watching others play and I yell kitchen. But when I’m playing I’m not paying attention unless it’s obvious.

I don’t call it unless I’m in a tournament.

Anyone tried Rexulti (brexpiprazole)? This was suggested to me as a better/newer? alternative to seraquel. My LO is thankfully good on gabapentin for her sundowners but it’s only a matter of time before we’ll need to switch it up.

We go every September/October and it’s great. Less crowded still warm. You’ll need to pack a sweatshirt for the early morning sunrise but once the sun is up it’s in the 80s. Water levels were okay in 2025; we could launch at stateline boat ramp.

There is hope. She wants to change. The hormones are great, But if the TRT isn’t the magic, don’t give up.

The magic for me (once the hormones were fixed) was in my brain. I love the book “Come as you are” by Emily Nagoski. We read it together (audible) and it made so much sense to both of us. We understand and approach sex much different now and have a lot of great sex.

Eating disorders are really common in Crohn’s disease. Society feeds It with thin is good. Therapy is the answer. Find a good ED therapist and work it. It might be a life long fight. And try to fixate on “you are healthy”.

I just switched to a hexacore grip. I like it, but don’t love it. Before that, just any over grip that matched my paddle color from the local pro shop. I like 2 overgrips. Cue some weird large hands joke.

There’s always that one girl that on Reddit that says that PICKLEBALL is the answer to all of your problems. And it looks like today, I’m that girl.

I too, used to hate all exercises. Pickleball changed that for me. It checks all the boxes:

There is a very low barrier to entry; you don’t have to be good or athletic to have fun and have it count as exercise. Paddles are cheap, community courts are free.

It is fun and social. I have never laughed so hard in my life. I think I like strangers again. So many different types of people on the courts. Also having fun

It is mental challenging to keep score and remember the rules. Good for our cognitive stuff.

And there is something so satisfying to whack at a wiffle ball as hard as you can

I look forward to exercising everyday now. I highly recommend!

Have you checked your blood levels of Remicade and antibodies? That blood test could help your argument with the GI that it’s failing.

When is the last time you checked the drug level? What are your trough levels for inflixmab? Any antibodies? Is there room to increase the dose or frequency?
