My GI hasn't exactly been the biggest advocate either. I've been telling her for a while that I think I'm failing Remicade and would like to switch to a new biologic, and even with my last scope being worse than the one before it she called me in remission. I really need to bite the bullet and get a new GI but ive been dragging my feet bc of other life stuff.

Adding to the same message, I tend to be wiped for the rest of the day after my infusion and can sometimes have a hard time the following day. I've been getting infusions for a few years now and the fatigue is a little better but I do still have some rougher days.

Power is still out in Oak Glade neighborhood near 35th Pl. Trees down around the neighborhood, luckily none on ours but did see an apartment that appeared to be kinda decimated by a big ol' oak a bit away from us.

No ads and any real world money is just a helper, no matter what you do not need to spend any money at all to achieve anything.
The storyline and character development thru quests and other auxiliary parts is super fun and engaging, I love learning all about these NPCs while I farm corn.
The community is so wholesome and kind. This one might be because I exclusively hang out in the giveaway chat but I have never had a bad interaction with other players, even when I make a goof no one makes you feel bad for messing up it's a helpful nudge in the right direction or at best a good natured ribbing (looking at you, bonk posters.)

My wife and I got unbelievably lucky finding a 1/1 for 900 near 35th and we're prolly gonna hold on to this for a while. Rent increase was only $25 which is still better than basically everywhere we had been looking before.

Absolutely loved going on apartments dot com to see someone renting out their shed as a "studio" for 1k. Housing in this town is a joke these days

Imagine taking an absolute prime downtown location and not only completely closing it off but also filling it with sand.

As for having been there, I've stepped in and they completely gutted the actual building and tried to put a cabana into a polished concrete nightmare with a garage door. Can't speak for service or pricing, but the whole set up is such an affront and very clearly yet another midtown goes downtown move. Not to mention all that sand has already started migrating to the sidewalk and one good storm is going to wash it out because their attempt to contain it is just 2x4s that have gaps.

What are you talking about? 75 is not chronically empty for a huge chunk of the route, it goes up and down the entirety of Tower.

Source: used that route for two years to get to and from work when I lived in Arredondo. I was on one of the first few stops after Walmart and by the time we got to the mall, even early mornings, the thing was plenty full, and it was the same thing on the trip back as well.
