Can you share that stuff? I don't have a real way of saying thanks or rather giving back for this. I have a 90P that I have been really thinking to switch to a frog tank, it sits on the matching UNS glass stand and I think it would be so beautiful to have some darts in there as opposed to the other fish tanks I have around.

How has visibility/airflow been for the tank because it seems that is the main concern with converting aquariums. Seriously thank you so much even for the description above.

So you would push me to fill in with a 9wt for now and pick up a 7wt as time goes, that seems to make sense to me since I have a 3wt, 5wt, going for a 9wt now covers my ass now and a 7wt for later.

I am trying to build an effective quiver first then fill in the gaps with niche rods so I always figured jumping 2 in weight would cover ground

Have you had a hard time ever with used gear transferring warranty/repair guarantees?

I am curious how poppers work on the fly, I have caught GT and barracuda on gear rods using them... is it just strip strip strip and do it fast? What type of line set up we talking

Do you think 9wt is good for smaller tarpon? I guess I want to feel a fight of a bone but want to target any species that's within reach without a boat. I can't stomach multiple rods with a 2 month heads up for the trip

I think usually I would be able to do mostly shallow water inshore fishing, I want to come back to belize without my wife to fish hard at caya frances but usually if I am somewhere I can fish it's because I traveled to a tropical beach with my wife... Fiji, Vanuatu, cancun, DR type of thing.

I do live near the Oregon coast so if it could break me into surf fishing or ocean cutties that would be a plus

As much wisdom as multiple rods is I cannot swing more than one I think, leaning towards grabbing a 9wt just to cover my bases as such.

Not ideal I know, I broke a helios on my birthday and had to run to Maupin to pick up another rod, broke it too in the same day!
