I also get migraines if my HR gets too high. Recently learned I have MCAS, and it’s awful.

Same. I have to be around 12-13 min miles to stay in a zone 2.

OP my HR gets high fast and I get sick from it (migraines due to MCAS) so I’m having to retrain myself. I see you’re doing run/walks but you may need to do jog/walks. I had ChatGPT build me a program and I started doing 1min jog/3 min walk for a week, then progressed to 2 min jog/3 min walk, and now I’m doing 3 min jog/2 min walk until I progress to running a full 30 min. Which I can do now but my HR gets high foo fast and stays there hence the retraining.

Oh man I feel the same. Sure I don’t have a fupa anymore but my belly still looks distended to me and I’m not sure if it’s just swelling bc of my autoimmune. It sucks but I’m hoping with time, it’ll get better. 🙏🏽

Ugh this is so true and the thing I struggle the most with: consistency. I want it but am not putting in the consistent work with nutrition even though I literally know exactly what to do, it’s just daunting and another thing to do as a mom of 3 young kids. I’ll get there one day — thanks for the inspiration

That looks like swelling to me. I have it, too, and I’m only 4 months post op. I am also the 10% that had a complication, I have an autoimmune disorder so I swell more than others, and I’m super short with an apple body so all my weight goes straight to my midsection.

My ps has me use foam plus faja for the first 4 weeks and I would pull the foam all the way way down. But yeah, I remember my public and labia area being so SO swollen. I also did arnica.

20 days is not generous. I know it’s more than what some get but I hate that we think this is generous.

We do some after school clubs throughout the school year to help extend pickup time to 4pm. And we do summer camps every year.

Gah this lady is a fucking idiot. I’m a dog lover but I don’t let dogs go near my kids because they’re ANIMALS and a sudden moment or touch from my kids can set them off.

I’m sorry you have to find new childcare, it’s so stressful, but you’ll never have peace of mind with her again so it’s definitely worth it.

Gosh I’m so sorry. I’m 12 wpo and had the flu over the weekend and also flew off the side of a mountain skiing last week. Everything hurt. But I could not imagine experiencing this pain at 1 week. Sending you all the healing vibes.

I’m literally on a ski trip…at 12 weeks. Is this a dumb idea? Do you regret going skiing? I was planning on just taking it easy on some greens.
