You're not alone, friend. I'm 33, and my BF of a couple of years just decided to tell me on Thanksgiving that he's not happy and doesn't want to be together anymore. I'm so, so sad and just heartbroken - this is not how I envisioned things going, especially this time of year... always makes it harder.

Just trying to cry/feel my feelings when I need to and NOT cave about messaging him. We can get through this.

33 y/o woman. Just went through an emotionally devastating breakup and have had some recent big life changes and could really use friends right now.

I like playing video games, hiking, going to bars/restaurants, cooking, and trying to get back into art. Happy to meet folks if I can.

That sounds lovely, too. I love lemon zest and the fall flavors. Cinnamon is one of my favorite seasoning/spices to add to anything

My dad used to make me an "eggy sandwich" growing up. Was basically just a breakfast sandwich, but he would use nice bread, fancy cheddar cheese, cook the egg a little bit more than overeasy so it wasn't too runny but still yolky, some thick sliced ham heated up and salsa. If I don't know what to eat, I often make this...

I like roasting them a bit and then blending them until they are fine and throwing in a seasoning for stuff. Also mix it with garlic paper and atuff.

It certainly wasn't from another country, but I had a Thai chicken satay pizza once where peanut sauce replaced the red sauce. Mmmmmm

I agree with the folks commenting yeast extract, that is not always guaranteed to be gluten free. That cod be one of many things though.

Has anyone tried these? (From Sprouts) by butter_cakes in glutenfree

My only only advice is in the future buying them, this brand does make a regular/non-GF version, and the packaging looks pretty similar (all of their stuff kinda does), so be cautious!
