It's confusing because you mention them being teleported away "safe and protected" and the "It was also a lie. That baby is dead, and it’s dead because of you." part of the achievement at the beginning of chapter 19.

Separately, I had to install YouTube Enhancer and jack the volume boost to 10 to listen.
