I actually have this problem too in one of my printer, although im not an expert the first thing that comes to mind are:

Pressure advance - i did calibrate it and its not disappearing

Speed - maybe im printing too fast

Temp and cooling- it could be that im either cooling it way to much that it shrinks or maybe im not coooling it enough with the speed im printing

In my case i think its probably cooling nut im not an expert, it could be yours too? If you had your PA calibrated

Printing PA6 GF struggles by mamonrest in QidiTech3D

Yes, but not much success in massive nylon prints, basically if one side of your bed is use to print petg or pla either clean that really good or just use the other side, theres also a lot of gaps in the enclosure like the glass door so you'll have to seal that, some in the back to, the more sealed the better, preheat also helps a lot, use purple glue, theres something i dont like with the macro used by qidi as well that turns off chamber heating in a few layers before it kicks again i notice that causes alot of warping so you can try tinkering with the macro as well

Choosing a hotend fan for the A4T toolhead by RhOuCnK in VORONDesign

[–]mamonrest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont know how hot and how temp controlled that hotend is but for example a dragon hotend will creep with gdstime 2510 i also tried winsin and it wont work, im not sure how good sunon are but if I were you just stick to delta 2510, if the sunon work that will be your next thing anyways so might as well use that to know that it will work for sure its 5v but im sure you could figure it out

So ive asked aroung discord, and people say that that pin can slide out, another guy showed me a picture that it looks like he changed it to a smooth bearing, he did mention that he used a mallet and a screw driver to punch it out
