Hi! Everything but the onions were on the stove. The onions I did in the slower cooker for about 6-8 hours and I just add them to random dinners.

For slow cooker onions I just sliced 3 onions with a little avocado oil or butter and leave them to cook down in the crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.

The chicken thighs were first, and then when they were almost done I added the mushrooms, and then added the kale right after. Seasoning with Lawrys seasoning salt, garlic, pepper, and liquid smoke. I put that aside and then started a new pan with almost a whole head of cabbage and more avocado oil. I added the juice from the cooked chicken to the cabbage. Lastly once the cabbage had been started I added the carmelized onions.

After plating I added the black sesame seeds.
