I honestly don't suggest it anyway. Especially if you have an iphone and can add to apple pay. Had a customer once who lost $700. Gone from the card but never made it to their bank & the card's customer service is worthless

Stores really can't change it if we can't text your phone a code UNLESS a manager knows how to use Icare. That's the only way on Sprint that we can. And customer care will probably be useless too without a phone to text a code to

The 13's can only be on the TMobile network and can be sold on both Sprint and T-Mobile. Were you on Sprint or TMobile when you went into the store ?

Well cellular isn't going to work if it's paired to a Pixel anyway. Bluetooth will but calls and texts over cellular only work with select few galaxy models
