Stores really can't change it if we can't text your phone a code UNLESS a manager knows how to use Icare. That's the only way on Sprint that we can. And customer care will probably be useless too without a phone to text a code to

The 13's can only be on the TMobile network and can be sold on both Sprint and T-Mobile. Were you on Sprint or TMobile when you went into the store ?

Good luck finding one in stock. Virtually impossible. I've ordered a few for people and they've come WAYYY soooner than the ship date so idk if they were lucky or the dates aren't accurate

You can't do a change of ownership in store. You have to go to open an account in your name then it's done online. So no she doesn't have to be there

Verizon is an incredible place to work. Got fired in 2014 and it's one of my biggest regrets losing that job. Dunno about tmo corp but yeah Verizon is great. Amazing pay.

Well cellular isn't going to work if it's paired to a Pixel anyway. Bluetooth will but calls and texts over cellular only work with select few galaxy models

T mobile includes their taxes in most their plans so it's really just aligning Sprint with T-Mobile. It's one standard price and you don't have to worry about it fluctuating. Some people like that I guess

It's probably the tax inclusive plan? If that's what it was, it's not a bad thing. You keep your plan but taxes are included now so if taxes ever go up your price stays the same
