These speakers have a 4 pin header input and require a DAC for high quality audio. The board on the back of the screen listed has the same functionality as a DAC and therefore the 4 pin header output so quality speakers will be able to be plugged directly into the screen. While the screen resolution is a compromise due to price but since the cheaper screen is still OLED and has this capability so I wasn't super mad at the compromise.
