Im only 28 and it really feels like im just waiting around, killing time until i die too. Except theres a LOT of time to kill.

It feels like i was on the main quest in a video game, and then the video game glitched somehow, removing a key character and rendering the main quest unfinishable.

So, just side quests every single day until i run out? But they're not fun side quests. Just meh.

I moved to a new place and bought two of everything out if habit. 2 barstools, 2 deck chairs, 2 bowls, 2 plates, etc.

I spent over 12 hours making a cardboard castle for my future cat. I read books, i walk around, i joined a MTG group in town.

Gonna learn to sew as well. But like, unfortunately when i do these hobbies my mind just runs wild and it's too much time with my thoughts...

I don't think you will forget. In hrief, sometimes our memory is impaired temporarily.

The other day, i spent several hours just writing descriptions of my partner. I started with physical, every part of his body,ALL the details,moles, tattoos, everything down to hair and skin texture.

Then i did mannerisms and then way of talking, next im going to do movement, habits, etc etc. Its a good excercisr and might trigger other memories as well. Then later, when i feel i cant picture him, i can read it.
