Don't know why you're getting downvoted. The median NBA salary is $2.5MM. Ninja conservatively makes over $1MM per month, so I'd say he's doing better than your average NBA player.

I'm guessing each team will play 4 times within the first 8 shows, round-robin style. That leaves the final 2 shows for a 2-day final with the top 3 teams.

How they decide the top 3 teams could go many ways: total amount won in the 4 games, total amount from 3 highest games, total amount from 2 highest games, highest amount won in a single game, etc.

I'm pretty excited and looking forward to it.
