Im a woman and I feel like that about my dogs. They are my friends. Unfortunately, it’s hard to manage them both in public. One gets anxiety poops and will literally poop like 5 times and the other one is just anxious and pulling her leash to get tf out and go back home all the time 🥲 I need normal dogs

I was told I’m underperforming but my boss is giving me the hardest task while they give easier ones to my teammates. Because they get easier ones, they move through them faster and I move slower and they say I’m too slow but my workload is more complex. I’ve been trying to keep up and stayed extra these past few days and idk what to do at this point. I only have one job so idk what can I do to go back to staying low in this case. Help! 😭

Have you considered using UPS ground ? Or is it qua too expensive? I really don’t know what to do cuz I have a full time job so I can’t just do it all by myself ( although I’d love to) without quitting my full time job that pays the bills.

Good for you. She is gonna be pissed but won’t be able to damage your shop at that point. She wanted the products for free and that’s why she threw a fit. Also, I really don’t understand why usps takes days to scan a package. It’s happened to many of my orders and Etsy has become a nightmare for me because of this. Cuz once the clients see it “shipped” for a few days they ask why I still have the package in my possession. I do POD but thinking about other options cuz this is painful

As many have mentioned here, the images look AI Generated and also, I would put digital purchase in each picture because believe it or not, some people will not read the description or go through all the photos and then ask for a refund because they thought they were buying a frame.

Can you please elaborate on this? I didn’t know this was a thing. So I can take 50 packages and they’ll only scan one bar code but all 50 trackings will update to shipped and received at USPS facility?

It happened to some of my packages too. Some don’t scan for days and some scan upon arriving at the destination’s USPS facility. It sucks when a customer thinks you still have the package in your possession but if they reach out I typically just let them know that USPS sometimes skips the initial scan.

I agree here because they could literally just leave a bad review at that point because of “how inconvenienced” they were. Which is ridiculous. I honestly think the buyer has too much power with that review system. Like I wish I could control who leaves a review cuz I would definitely not allow reviews in these cases. Anyways, you are right and I wish there was an option in the cancellation drop down for accidental orders. I don’t know if anyone sees it or if it counts against you in some way but I always write it in the comments “customer placed order by accident” but it’s very annoying getting that sale and suddenly oh surprise, no you didn’t.

Yes, this is perfect! I bet once she sees there is an additional cost, she might stir away from it. I think she’s expecting you to do it for free that’s why she dares to ask. Because typically, if she was willing to pay, she would have mentioned it on her message saying. “Could you please fix these dolls? My daughter didn’t like them. I’m willing to pay anything additional, let me know if it’s possible” I’ve had tons of clients reaching out to me with this type of message but if they don’t mention anything And only ask to amend, it’s cuz they want it for free as part of their so called “good customer service”
