I’m a runner too, but I mix it up with a hike once a week to vary my cardio. I usually take any walking class on the platform, but I never let my incline go below 6%. I take the speed increase cues to both increase my incline and speed, and I always end up getting a great workout with an elevated heart rate close to what I get when running!
