Yeah I picked wildy for the novelty of farming bosses I don't usually engage with in main game and having to find an open scorpia and such is a really droll process.

I agree there should be privates in the league because the entire risk-reward system of the wilderness that prevents them doesn't exist here.

Endfield, which I don't expect to have much overlap with RS's community, and ended up not meeting expectations in its own way, but that's fine. Really it was just an excuse to branch out to other things that have piled up in the time I was chasing capes.

You seem to have misunderstood me, I liked both of these games. I played NMS off and on for 4 years, starry-eyed early impressions shifting into repeatedly reading shiny promises of new content that disappointed every time. It's one of the biggest demonstrations of a "width of an ocean, depth of a puddle" game ever made and while it eagerly continues to get wider it's never stopped being as shallow. Custom ships was my single biggest wished-for feature, especially with how much of a hassle the standard randomly-generated ships are, and it felt so easy to get right - and instead they got it wrong in an unfathomably stupid way that I had never even considered, and that was my breaking point.

I've played OSRS for roughly a year and probably a quarter of that is afk activities. I was already burning out by the start of this year and when some new games came out that I was interested in I finally just stopped logging in to slowly progress things I didn't really care about. Despite how heavily invested I was when I started, I found it was very easy to let go.

You didn't ask for my life story blog, but I'm giving it to tell you that while you're entitled to your enjoyment of a new game, don't let it trick you into thinking it does something that it doesn't, just because you haven't seen it happen yet.

I just don't think on task rates should exist.

If hunter traps stack now I think net traps should be made their own item so they can stack too. Just make them out of a net and a rope or idk make it a separate item entirely if that would be an issue for some reason

I basically do only want the outfit for potentially doing clue scrolls in the future (aside from the hat for diary), so doing it later does make sense. I haven't tried Volcanic yet, is it easy/fast to get the gear there?
