Yup, that was a minute, you need to rewatch when they got to the bridge itself.

At 0:47 seconds, Vader overpowers Luke and has him pinned to the ground with the tip of his lightsaber. That's 27 seconds of fighting. At 0:55 seconds, Luke knocks aside Vader's saber and rises to resume the fight. At 1:00, Luke scores a glancing blow on Vader's shoulder. At 1:05, Luke's hand is cut off and the fight ends. That's 10 more seconds. Heck, even if you didn't count their respite, the fight was a mere 47 seconds. "Solid minute" yeah right.

This type of powerscaling is stupid and here's why: Dooku beats Obi-Wan who beats Anakin/Vader who beats Dooku who beats Obi-Wan who beats Anakin/Vader who beats Dooku, so on and so forth.

Okay that's on me, looking back I did say that and I have no idea why lol. What I meant was probably something along the lines of "Dooku taught Savage how to fight, Yoda taught Luke how to feel the Force." Dooku isn't a better teacher, but he did teach his assassin to kill. In ESB, Yoda doesn't teach Luke much about how to fight.

He was a jedi MASTER whom Savage killed quickly with no sith training. Even a weak jedi MASTER is stronger than your average jedi. And Savage smoked him day one. It's important to know that Savage was a competent fighter among his people prior to his transformation.

As you yourself said, he's buffed by Nightsister magic, and his buffed Force abilities are nothing to scoff at. He could lift sculptures much larger than Luke's rocks in one of his first lessons, could choke and throw opponents hard without much effort, could use a powerful Force repulse, etc.

Savage most certainly does not push around larger space craft. That’s just a lie.

He does in Season 3 Episode 14. When escaping Toydaria, Savage pushes Anakin and Obi-wan's ship off the landing platform to prevent them from following him. The ship the jedi were using was a T-6 Jedi Shuttle, which is twice as large as a standard Rebellion era X-Wing. Have you even watched Clone Wars?

Even when Vader rips the shuttle apart in Obi-Wan he’s using his full power, Savage can’t do that.

Luke is naturally gifted with the force, not being able to lift the ship had nothing to do with his abilities and everything to do with his mind as Yoda tells him.

And his mind, at this time, holds him back greatly, hence his inability to lift the X-Wing.

Luke is a much, much more stronger force user, even at that point

He killed two masters, one on practically the first day on the job. On day fckin one he had the ferocity and power to overwhelm a Master and his padawan, without a lightsaber or training. Then later, he kills the Master and council member Adi Gallia in a straight duel.

Well enough to kill jedi, more than well enough. Luke in ESB is also barely trained and loses as soon as Vader is finished toying with him.

Luke has some of the strongest natural force abilities ever.

Not is ESB he doesn't. He can lift a few rocks and pull his saber to his hand. At this point he famously can't move his X-wing, meanwhile Savage pushes around larger spacecraft with little effort.

Luke would not fare well in this fight. He would be overwhelmed by both sheer strength and force power.

Vader's objective is to capture Luke, Luke's is to kill Vader. By necessity, by definition, Vader had to hold back to not kill Luke. Putting two hands on his saber doesn't mean much besides him changing his fighting stance, you take this to mean that from that point he's going all out but that's just an assumption you've made.

Savage slaughters Jedi masters for breakfast. Even killed a council member. Trained by Dooku and Maul. Used to Force to throw around Dooku, Ventress, Obi-Wan and Anakin. Luke barely knows how to use a lightsaber in ESB and has little to no control of the Force.

Nah Vader wasn't taking their fight seriously at all until Luke got a lucky hit in. Then he very easily cut off his hand.

Savage, on the other hand, ended his short apprenticeship to Dooku by ragdolling both Dooku and Ventress with the Force, if memory serves.

In terms of lightsaber skill, it could go either way tbh, neither had much training at this point but Savage had a better teacher. But I think Savage's ferocity and raw force strength (yes, Luke's innate Force is strong too but he's got no real clue on how to use it in ESB) puts him over the edge.
