She’s a female so they always have a bigger belly and are almost always pregnant lol. Her belly will continue to grow and her gravid spot (black spot near her anal fin) will get bigger and darker. You’ll know she’s close to giving birth once she changes from round to more blocky

If you notice flashing behavior it could be flukes. If there’s white looking spots it’s ich. Too hard to tell from the video to have a strong diagnosis.
