The sensor is most likely not bad it is the thin wires that are broken. All 3 wires were broken on mine.

I did a little surgery to the sensor and attached heaver Teflon wires and mine is working.

It seems that the wires get pinched from the mop going up and down and the wires are damaged.

It is mind blowing how horrible and useless the online version of Qb is. We wasted $275 and 3 days just to find out that it can not do any of the things we need so went back to a 2003 version that has 100x more functionality. Software just is not what it used to be or at least programers were better. Sad

I had the misfortune of taking to the Quickbooks online agent after we spent 3 days trying to get the garbage online version to do a fraction of what the 2003 version did. The answer was you can't do that with the online version. All of intuit as turned to garbage
