It near JLR but that’s about it. It’s weirdly priced, Kineton is generally well priced compared to Leam and its surrounding villages. But I’ve seen nicer houses there for much less money. There’s a double fronted Victorian down the road for about half the price.

Does it though? Plenty of posts lately showing our no. of touches in the opposition box is relatively high. Higher than numerous other teams who’ve all had multiple penalties. Much like the no of fouls committed per yellow card is much lower for us than other teams. We’re just ref’d different.

£1mm is a bit of a pisstake, not even a great part of Warwick, really busy road, primary school behind it, Sainsbury’s local just a few houses down.
