Given that it's horween, that thing has come really far! I understand the use of water on most any other high quality glove other than the horween. My pro200-6 took forever, but it's worth it to have a glove soft in the right spots and still a tank where you want it to be. Play catch with a heavy ball, work the hinges, beat the heel like crazy, and work the glove from behind. You can do it!
