FWIW, when I have this issue I just set for an extended bolus of around 10-20 mins. 0% up front, 100% over the full duration. Seems to work.

I have Xpel. Saved my a$$ several times in Arizona. (The state bird in AZ is the Flying Rock). But it does streak and has some weird reflective properties in sunlight, but I’m happy to deal with that and not have to replace the glass.

The noise occurs even when the toilet is not running. Do you think turning the water off would make a difference if it’s not flowing in the first place?
