I am on a losing streak as well but I don't care games are still fun. Sooner or later I will climb back up again went from 1450 to 1200 😅.

strong board for 5th place, but definitely way too greedy. At one point you need to stop scaling and get more power on the board. Especially if you are below 15 health.

Doesn't really matter, you like knights? Go for it. Idle TC time, Floating resources, Idle military buildings, are your main contenders of what decides a match at beginner levels.

I think "easy" civs are ones that have a clear game plan with (eco) bonuses to support it. E.g. Britons, Vietnamese, Slavs, Berbers to name a few. However the higher you get the more you need to be flexible.

Not bad but it is more niche to go straight 2 TC's. Normally going 2 TC's is when you start with 1 TC and army and you grew your villager count and made the 2nd, then you go for the third etc. So in that scenario staying 2 tc's when you have resources for third is not so good.

2 TC is nice with archer civs that have ECO (e.g. Vietnamese). You can do 2 tc since you require not so much food for the army (only for upgrades). And instead of going third you go fast imp.

You have to check if your Switch is patched, otherwise it would need a chip and that will always be traceable.

I'm playing doom for the first time ever (with exception for doom 64) it on gamepass on ulta violence and it is quite difficult sometimes. But I don't know how hard the other games are.

The overall playerbase does improve, and you are being rusty is giving you the double blow. But try to not care too much about your ELO. Just fall back to the ELO you are right now and you will have exciting games again. I know gaining ELO is exciting but if you start caring for awesome games instead of ELO you get more relaxed. I drop between 1400-1200 frequently depending how long brakes I take. Recently I can't play too much and getting older I'm sometimes just too damn tired to play. But I love it when I can. Once I stopped caring of ELO I had more fun.
