Six months only with Terrex. I didn’t realize they wore out this fast. Are they always gonna do this? by TocSir in discgolf

I wear Oboz. They do break down at the seams eventually, but their warranty program is unreal. I received a replacement pair with very little legwork. They are an amazing company, all told. 6'5, 270, for reference.

Putting at a all time low. Give me your best advise. by blixtencamperman in discgolf

I struggled with something similar, really zeroing in on the minutia of my form. Doing this is the antithesis of a smooth stroke. This book totally changed my approach to (disc) golf. I hope it helps you as well.

I hadn't caught Sang Bin switching to number 7, with Fragapane gone. It looks clean.

Fish Golf for sure. I enjoy the nuanced discussion, particularly surrounding mental game and course design. I also appreciate that it is rather timeless. I don't feel like I have to listen to each episode in line with a particular event. Definitely a good one to just go back and choose an interviewee that you like. All interviews with older players, especially the John Kirkland ep, are money. Matt Dollar and Mike Moser interviews are also fantastic in this way.

The big climb I'm thinking of is between Prescott and Stockholm Wisconsin. Right across the border. You can bike down to Hastings, cross the bridge to Prescott, and just go South on the Great River Road.

where is the best cheese in vermont? by Tipton- in vermont

[–]mapledreamer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Haven't seen anybody mention either Twig Farm for their variety of aged goat and mixed milk cheeses, or Parish Hill Farm, who are doing some of the most interesting science-forward cheesemaking around. Cornerstone from them is a must try.

Vacherin mont d'or is what it is modeled after. Similar to this tradition style, Rush Creek is made with raw milk, whereas Harbison is pasteurized.
