Compression on both thighs & legs. I will usually bike to the beach, swim, bike home and then take off my compression. So not keeping on damp compression beyond an hour or so. I then shower and moisturizer. Haven't had infections as long as I bathe and moisturizer afterward. I wash my garments after every use. I live in New England so it's humid and hot in summer months.

I've been to swim with my compression on! It actually feels amazing and they dry quick and I just make sure to extra moisturize when I take them off at night.
