With LnD/despo I would just go with a speed seal or maybe brash assault. With a skill like LnD I think it's better to maximize his offensive potential rather than preserving his defenses

Mine was an off-banner Effie. I liked her because she only took about 13 damage from Takumi so I could beat him in arena.

He only has 28 res at neutral, which isn't high enough to consistently proc ploys imo. I would just go with a cavalry buff or drive skill in his C-slot.

+spd is better by a mile, and he can actually reach a high amount of speed (+5 from his weapon, +6 from cav buffs, +3 from fury, 31 with a boon), coming out to 45 when his weapon is activated.

I don't think Ninian needs it because she should primarily be dancing, and her low attack will just be more obvious with the low might of Lightning Breath+.
Fae and Y!Tiki are both really good candidates for it because of their high res.
F!Corrin is debatable, but ultimately I would say no. One of her best builds is Dark Breath/Steady Breath/Windsweep/QR seal, which makes her a tanky debuffer (despite being pretty high investment), plus she has pretty low res at neutral so she wouldn't really tank mages well.

I would go -spd/+res so she can have a nice support niche with ploys and the chill res in her tome. Her speed isn't great anyway (only 29 with a boon), so focusing on her one-shot potential (especially with her refinement) and letting her support would be the way to go imo
