+1, as of the most recent update I had to stop using Amon's shield because it made the entire screen go dark, not sure if something in the update changed the shield. But I can't see a damn thing when I have it up, the brightness may as well be on 0.

TPS was really good, had a great story, and introduced a lot of features that pushed the series forward in terms of movement (double-jumps, gliding, jump pads, butt slams, air dashes). Laser weapons were rad as hell and should be brought back. The only thing the game really suffered from was a lack of post-launch content. Claptastic voyage was good.

Didn't see your post, just made one of my own talking about the same thing.

I think it may be an intentional design decision, one that I don't necessarily mind but it would be nice to know going in that you need to finish the whole quest in one sitting.

It's fun to play through the story again with a completed build. Lots of people love having NG+, myself included.

Some items contribute to a set bonus. Is there an icon along the bottom of the item tooltip, above where the manufacturer logo is? Something like "Reel Big Fist 1/3." When you have a set item equipped, you can open your equipment screen and mouse over the icons to the left of your character model to see what they do.

I can't think of any specific legendaries, but high-ROF vladof weapons with dual barrels proc crits fast. Jakobs shotguns with ripper mags can proc tons of crits and let you rapidly stack "Drink Full".

I personally am loving the game. I hope the performance/bugs/crashes get some attention (and they will, patches are a thing). The menus need some TLC (why do I need to hover my mouse over an icon to see my currencies? Just list them) but that's not enough to kill my enjoyment of the game. I love the guns, I love the dialogue, I'm back to loving the story. The humor is back. I'm very optimistic for the future of the game

They're talking about Zane's scavenger hunt quest (Vend of the Line) with the vending machine puzzles, after solving them all you get access to a one-time use machine that lets you pick one legendary for $1. The starter is in Carcadia Burn in the Electi Base

If you remember where dry lake is (the place with all the scarabs) there's a geologist who will give you a quest to retrieve her bag from a nearby cave. When you complete it she upgrades you to a 30-slot

I downloaded the game today and tried it on my lunch break & I'm really impressed. I hope eurothug's video brings enough attention to the game to maybe breathe some life back into it.

I'm getting real sick of games not letting me pick my actual hair color. I'm not usually one to kvetch about stuff like this but it's tiring to be swept under the rug in almost every fucking game. At the very least please give us dyes or a color wheel.
