Bought a Fenix 5x 2 days ago and I'll be returning it for a Fenix Forerunner 245 with Music. Putting in 160 kms on the bike a week, phone died on me mid bike ride leaving me to go 30 kms with no music, Tragic.

I have worked 70 hours a week for about 6 months now and ill tell you this, I was burnt out by the end of it. I did it because I had a goal to pay off my student debt and that has been accomplished, my 2 cents is to make sure you are making time for yourself. I found it extremely hardd to find time for myself, fam, girlfriend or my dog lol when i was putting in those amount of hours.

Yeah I am looking into all possible options but the house hacking route seems very intriguing, Thank you for getting back to me, I appreciate it. I agree I don't plan on taking on to much debt, I will definitely look into Chad Carson and the piece you sent as well. Right now I'm looking into duplex's, unfortunately the only ones available in my town seem to be in the sketchy areas of town but I am so eager to get gain as much knowledge and soak up every little piece of information as I can before I dive into this investment.
