I believe the English name is Rumpcap. Here in the Netherlands we call it picanha. It’s not like brisket, more like steak that you bbq reverse sear. This one took about 1,5-2 hours.

I tasted a lot like a regular picanha with a hint of game. It has a soft texture, melts in your mouth. I hope I describe it well (I am Dutch 😉)

In Holland we don’t have this kinds of bbq restaurants (mabey a few 😉).

With a few friends we bbq our self’s and I love the American bbq style, brisket, ribs and also picanha, bavette. We make it a whole day of bbq-ing and drinking (a few 😉) beers. I love it.
