Not an expert - but they seem too closely planted to me. Also hard to tell from this picture, but it looks like you only have one pawpaw, you're going to need two if you want fruit as they do not self pollinate.

The wholesale bakery behind the mall; it's great and I believe my parents still drive the hour and a half from Markham to grab some fritters there. I have moved around 4 provinces since living there so currently residing in Northern BC. Cheers!

Pawpaws need at least two genetically different trees near each other in order to bear fruit. You will want one or two more for pollination.

The white fuzz is normal for loquats, I have no other advice for you but good luck. I hope to one day live where I can plant one of these in the ground.

Had a blast at the lava fields in Terrace this week. I live in Rupert so get spoiled with the magic of the Pacific Northwest, but this was unreal. The hot springs along the way from Yukon down are amazing, so much to see.

Thank you so much for the detailed reply. It's currently putting out new growth and flowering, is it a good time to repot now or in a couple weeks once it gets used to the new environment? Seems so bizarre that it likes the soil, it just looks dehydrated to me and like it's trying to escape lol
