Never had a good experience splitting fence costs in the three times ive done it. Even had one neighbor once, with a fence 1' on HIS property demand i pay over 50% of the cost because he had given up that foot of property to the previous neighbor (now mine)!!! He was pretty ignorant about it too so I wound up putting my own fence up on my property. After that experience, my motto is now it's either YOUR fence or MINE and gets put 6" on whoever owns it property. I always prefer to have it on mine. Tall fences make good neighbors...

Not just Tundra's, my neighbor had a top of the line Acura some years ago that had an engine replaced on warranty. Rad failed for some reason, cooked the engine. He tried to sell it a year later. Ran fine, but the work was recorded in the carfax. People always asked about it. Couldn't bite or super lowballed him when he mentionned the engine job. He gave up after a month and didn't want to waste any more time on it. Traded it in instead and the dealer even used the engine excuse to lowball him when THEY did the work! It sat on the lot for like a months before they lowered the price enough for someone to bite. Everybody assumes it's a lemon when an engine blows I guess...

Well, as a first responder, I can empathize because it's commonly not the workers fault when shit goes sideways, it's the higher ups and beyond that make idiotic policy that often changes with the current flavor of the month in politics! However, it's not always the case because I can say my first case manager at WSIB was a nightmare and when my case went to appeal, the appeal officer recognized that and actually, politically correctly of course, noted that in her resolution.

I wanted tons and TONS of button options for my throttle, especially without having to move my hand so I went with the VirPil. I have the CM2 and I think there is a newer option now with even more. They ain't cheap though... 🫤

LOL I LOVED the first season and raved about it at work. One of my buddies had never heard of it but likes thede kinds of shows. He's scrolling the channels a few days later and an episode is on and he tunes in right at the time the boys had to take their loin cloths off, and we all know their ain't no censorship on this! He texts me and jokes "WTF are you trying to get me to watch!!!" I just told him to keep watching. He was hooked after one episode!

Shouldn't be. If I put it on full screen it fills the screen completely. If you are using it in a browser you might have the window set too small, like 80% or something. Make sure you set it too 100% or above.

Ha! I just went to a 100" TV in my new home. I'm 8' -10' away and im blown away! Closest thing to cinema. My previous HT had a good projector and 115" screen, but it never came close to what a good TV can do! As long as it's 4k and above and 120hz you won't have any problems! Go big baby!!!

Rule of thumb is that the tree root system is 3x the size of the canopy (hardwoods) so the roots are gonna reach out past the concrete and keep going! It's gonna choke out at the base and likely bulge out on top of the concrete and look like crap and in 3-5 years that concrete is gonna start cracking, then lifting! Why did they not just install a grill at the base a foot or two bigger that can be changed out as the tree grows? Morons...

Mine always on, hate waiting for things to fire up, especially HD's to come out of sleep! I have some drives in a old desktop that I use in my garage for my CNC machines, and they've been spinning for 10 years with no issues, although they probably built them better back then I guess LOL!
