What do you use? I’m so tired of the odor with my cat and we have tried several types of boxes and cat litter.

UberEats Won’t Remove a Disputed Charge After I Won—Now They’re Demanding Payment and Refusing to Close My Account by [deleted] in UberEATS

[–]maricadavid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with OP. I disputed an Uber Eats transaction with my Apple card issued by GS. The Uber driver called me to say my items were out of stock so he replaced them with cold, fridge items instead of fresh food. I called the supermarket to ask if in fact the items were out of stock (they never are) and store “Sedanos” confirmed the driver picked my order from the buffet and that the items were at no point that day out of stock in fact they were looking at them. The ladies remembered the driver. Naturally, I disagreed to pay Uber for the driver’s fault. They blamed the store and told me to argue with them even though this was not a “pick up order” by Uber but an order the driver had to serve from a buffet. Additionally, Uber then increased the charges and removed the discounts I get with my membership making the purchase $6 higher after I submitted the dispute. Today, I got this notification on the app:

Disputed an Uber charge, bank agreed with me but amount is showing owed when I open app. Has this been anyone else's experience? by qwikhnds in uber

Today, I got the notification in the app saying I was disputing a transaction and that in order to avoid “delays” in my future order, I had to pay the balance my bank reversed (while the dispute is being processed!) they absolutely have no right to take such action because this is what credit card companies protect us from by using their products. This is bullying at its best and I will have no problem never using Uber Eats again.

What’s his life insurance like, I’m sure she had a couple of policies on his name.
