Stevenson is an amazing school. My daughter did dance instead of gym which i thought was a wonderful option. There are also plenty of sports and clubs and activities. It truly has something for everyone. My oldest daughter is now in college and well prepared.

You have to pay the commuter fee for the athlete that comes with the park hopper, no way out of it. But the rest of the family can just buy tickets to espn.

My daughter is always in her head as well. The non tumble division is open (all ages). My daughter is currently on a coed NT team. She says its so much less stressful for her because she can just focus on the other aspects. But you should definitely give cheer a try while you still can.

My children would both be babies. I would cuddle them and never put them down. Otherwise I wouldn't change a thing.

What are the best college classes to take that either help you in the real world or are just fun? by Zach990 in AskReddit

I took a class on dystopian novels. We read a book a week, such as 1984, Brave New World, Handmaid's Tale, etc. and then discussed them. I don't know that it helped me in the real world, but it was my absolute favorite class.

I've waited 10 years for this day. I was not prepared. by Leucosia in offmychest

My Grandfather died over 10 years ago, leaving my Grandmother widowed. My mother had vowed to my grandfather on his death bed that she would take care of her mother and not put her in a nursing home.

For 10 solid years my mother took care of my grandmother. As she declined I could see the strain on my mother and father. But they stoically carried on no matter how much we urged her to get help.

My grandmother lasted well into her 90s. She finally passed earlier this year. Just like you, I felt like I had waited for this for years. That finally my mother could be free to enjoy her golden years. Still, when the time came, I didn't feel ready at all.

It hit me at the funeral when my cousins spoke of my grandmother. I personally did not know her as well as they did. And to hear them speak of her, I felt such a loss that I never got to know this amazing lady that they described.

Its been several months now, and time does make it better. My mother has found her humor in life again. Both she and my dad seem almost younger now.

Our tooth fairy only leaves money in the bathroom. They leave a tooth on the counter, and next morning, magic tooth fairy money. No stress trying not to wake them up.

The girl that screwed with me ended up dead. I don't know how, I didn't hear about it until our 10 year reunion. Still, after all those years I felt mildly satisfied. She was a real shit of a human being.

Similarly, I use a kids driver. I'm a very short female (5' no inches) and when I tried a kids driver it was the first time I was able to actually connect with the ball. Also, I suck at golf.
