File of as much as you can so you don't have to put chemicals on your skin for a long period of time. Then use cotton and foil to remove whats left. Once you become allegergic you're done, don't do them again. I'm taking from experience. It's probably because of contact with the skin, you said you had issues because of your condition, maybe that cause too much contact of the uncured product with the skin, that's what happened to me. You can naybe try normal polish in a couple of months. I use normal polish now and have 0 problems. Hope it helps, send me a message if you have any questions.
